NEW GUEST CALL-IN / INTERNET PROGRAM IN PLACE

Evergrene residents will now be able to call-in their guest to an automated system eliminating busy signals and call backs from the guard gates.    You will also be able to register them via the Internet.

 

Here is how it works:

• Dial 282-0026
• Dial 561 if calling from outside the area
• Follow the prompt & enter the primary phone number you initially registered with the gates to call in your guests when you moved into Evergrene.  Just the numbers, no dashes.
• Re-enter this number as your password
• Follow the prompt speaking slowly and clearly with your guests information
• State when they will be arriving, going to what address, their name, etc.
• Follow the prompts to the end to save your message or the guardhouse will not receive it.

If you would like submit your guest electronically or change your password:

 

• Log on to the webpage (click on link); evergrene.capsure.com (notice no www required).
• Log in using current username and password (both of which are your primary phone number.  No dashes, just the numbers).
• To change your password -Click on PROFILE and then PERSONAL PROFILE, scroll down to NEW PASSWORD and make the necessary changes.
• To enter a visitor - Click on VISITOR then CREATE AND SCHEDULE VISITORS.  Please make sure in the drop down window SELECT VISITOR TYPE,  you click on ONE-TIME.  Then click on SAVE. 

 

You can still use the method in place since inception, calling the guard gates directly: Donald Ross - 691-1684 or Hood Road - 776-9104.
