Our 20,000 square foot clubhouse houses both the association offices and many of the amenities that make Evergrene such a wonderful place to live.

 FITNESS CENTER

Our state of the art fitness center offers a wide variety of strength and cardiovascular equipment.  Weight machines, free weights, treadmills and bikes are just some of the tools provided to assist you stay healthy and happy.

                                                     AEROBICS STUDIO

The beautiful hardwood floor and mirrored front wall make up this spacious studio which hosts' Evergrenes aerobics and personal fitness classes and well as bi-weekly FREE yoga classes.  See our reception or call the clubhouse for times

LOCKER ROOMS

After a hard work out, aerobics class or just a leisurely afternoon at the pool, cool down and clean up in our modern, comfortable mens' and ladies' locker rooms.

ADULT ROOM 

For TV or computer time, our adult room offers a comfortable "kid-free" zone for adults to gather. 

TEEN ROOM

Whether it be a game of pool or cards, or just hanging out talking with friends, the teen room offers an area for teens to spend time with old friends or to make new ones.

LIBRARY

Quiet, quaint and filled with a wide variety of reading material, our library is a great place to read, work of that work or school project or hook in to our Wi-Fi system and work on line.
