At Your Service!!!

Members of the Board and the entire Association staff met last Saturday morning to map out the new guest friendly direction the Association would like to take.
Our focus has at times lacked the guest services skills our residents deserve. We are going to step up our service level at every turn beginning immediately.
We will now focus solely on how we can serve you, our residents...our guests. We will do everything we can to answer your questions and serve you with a smile.
We want you to enjoy this community and all its amenities to their fullest with the customer service you deserve.
How may we help you?

On Thursday, August 26th, four new stop signs were installed in order to calm traffic and make the roadways safer.
The intersection of Evergrene Parkway and Merlot/Graden is now a four-way stop.
The intersection Of Evergrene Parkway and Heritage Drive (Military Trail entrance) is now a three way stop.
Please be extra careful in the weeks to come until the majority of our residents and guests become aware of these new stop signs.
