New Evergrene Flag Added to Stars and Stripes

Thanks to the efforts of Board Member Martin Stevens, Evergrene's Old Glory has some company. Midia Leal, a friend of Martin's offered to create and donate a community flag. She did an outstanding job!!
It now flys below our Stars and Stripes and is a beautiful compliment to our flagpole and clubhouse circle.

The Splash Park is completed and looks like new. See the before and after pictures above. Thank you for your patience during this project.
IMPORTANT: NO RUNNING IN SPLASH PARK AREA
We will be adding more umbrellas to this area soon.
On a related note, all toddlers that require diapers, MUST wear swimmie diapers effective immediately. This is a serious health issue and we are asking for 100% compliance. Swimmies are available at the Tiki Bar and front desk for $2.00.
Board Appoints New Director

The Board Appoints Dama Scott to Director
Assumes Ron Lavoie's Term
The Board has appointed Dama Scott to assume the term of past Director Ron Lavoie. Ron resigned after the sale of his home on Sonoma.
Ms. Scott is a former Board member who bringsa plethera of experience in real estate and property management to the table. She also was the leading vote getter not to be elected to the Board last January. The Board cited her experience, knowledge and mandate from the owners as reason for her appointment. She will serve the remainder of Ron's term which runs until January 2011.
