IMPORTANT NOTES

Help Us Redesign/Redecorate The Fitness Center
We are looking for assistance from any of our "artistic" residents who would like to create a design/theme to give our Fitness Center a new look and personality. It could be an exciting new color scheme/design, or the painting of  Florida or Fitness murals on the walls?! If you have an idea and would like to submit it, and then if chosen, put in the time to make it happen, we will pay for the supplies needed.  If you are interested in being a part of this exciting project, please contact Stuart Tyrrell, General Manager, at stuart@ourevergrene.com for more information or to submit your drawings/descriptions, or leave them in an envelope to his attention at the Front Desk of the Clubhouse. The deadline for submissions is Friday, June 1. We look forward to unveiling an exciting new Fitness Center later this summer!

2011 Audited Financials
A copy of the 2011 Audited Financial Statements have been posted on the Evergrene website. They are posted in the Documents page in the Resident section on the left side of the home page.  If any homeowner wishes to obtain a paper copy, please come to the Front Desk of the clubhouse and complete a Document Rquest form.

New Fitness Center Cardiovascular Equipment Installed
On Tuesday four new True treadmills were delivered and installed in the Fitness Center. Also delivered was an Octane xRide R6000 seated elliptical trainer machine. We hope that you will take advantage of these new pieces of equipment in your Fitness Center.  A reminder that by Evergrene Rules,  Personal Trainers are not allowed in the Fitness Center.

Another Reminder To Dog Owners To Please Be Responsible And Considerate
Five Reasons why you should pick up after your dog:
1.)  Dog waste does not wash into the soil as some may think.  It stays around and continues to smell for a long time.
2.)  Dog waste leaves worms in the soil to breed for years. Your dog will walk in the eggs, lick their feet and bring eggs/ worms into your home.
3.)  Your dog and family can get worms and disease from walking in dog waste.
4.) Dog waste does not make good fertilizer as some may think. It is toxic and can burn grass and leave hot spots.
5.) You may not live near water, but un-scooped dog waste is carried by overland water flow or is washed into storm drains, ending up in our lakes, rivers and ground water.
Please pick up after your dog, not just because of the reasons above, but because it is a rule of the community and the City of Palm Beach Gardens and the right thing to do as a considerate and responsible dog owner.

Hot Tubs and Kiddie Wading Pool Resurfaced
